The requirement for receiving the Holy Spirit

1. You must hunger and thirst for Him in your heart- Matthew
5:6
2. You must desire and ask for Him- Luke 11:9-11
3. You must believe that you have received Him- Mark 11:24

How to receive His baptism

1. By asking for Him- Luke 11:9-11

2. By the laying on of the hands of God’s ministers- Acts 19:1-
6; 9:17, 18; 8:14-17
3. By the anointing oil- 1 Samuel 16:13; 10:1,6
4. Sometimes, when a minister of God is preaching, He can
come on you on His own- Acts 10:44
