    To Begin Your Math Studies FALL Quarter 2013


    Test Date:

    SATURDAY, MAY 11, 2013

    BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO THE TEST (in order to be admitted):
    Your BroncoNumber: ________________________ (write here) Photo I.D. (Driver's License, School I.D., or Passport ) Two #2 sharpened pencils (there will be no sharpener) Arrive at the test site at least 15 minutes before your test time. (late arrivals will not be tested.) There is an $8 fee. Check or money order only. No cash or credit cards.

    CALCULATORS & CELL PHONES are NOT permitted IN THE TEST ROOM! Please leave your electronic devices in the car.
    If you need an accommodation to take the test due to a disability, please call Ian, (909) 869-4676, as soon as possible. We will need paperwork from your high school verifying your disability.
