    Launches Microsoft Word. Selects Open from File menu. File Open window is displayed. Double- clicks on appropriate Word document (Word2000ps.doc or Word97ps.doc) located in ..\charts\playscript. If the file doesn't contain macros: Go to Step 4 If the file contains macros: 1 The message "File contains macros" is displayed. Selects "Enable Macros" button. Go to Step 4

    If the data source is found: Opens the Merge table (Wordplay.dbf) automatically. Go to Step 5

    If the data source is not found: The Find Data Source Window is displayed. Selects "Find Data Source" button. The Open Data Source Window is displayed. Changes "Files of Type:" to MS FoxPro Files (*.dbf). Double-clicks on the Merge table (Wordplay.dbf) located in ..\charts\settings\ The Confirm Data Source Window is displayed. Highlights "Foxpro Files". Selects the "OK" button. Go to Step 5

    Word

    Merges the Merge Table (Wordplay.dbf) into the Word document to create the Playscript document file. Displays the Playscript document. Enteres the Procedure Number and Procedure Name. Edits and formats the document as necessary. Prints a hard copy of the procedure. Saves the document file. --------------------
