Lease

John Porter explained it was an unusual situation to have no lease, and probably a new one would not be given. Council might prepare a report into structure of building, do the necessary repairs and then produce a lease on a tenants repairing basis. G.Picariello said have revised plans for next users meeting and possible start after Xmas holiday 2nd week in Jan 2013. 4 weeks work on site. Ready for spring opening. Must be complete by 31.3.13 Tues 30th Oct 6pm (not 9th Oct as previously stated). A Stitch discussed with J Porter putting layer of sand on top of stones by slipway. Not keen, but might be able to arrange digger to pull back stones to wall or pull them out. Fully finished complete with white lines. Surplus tarmac used in boat yard drive, now tarmacced right up to Freeax shed.
