Republic of the Philippines Department of Education CARAGA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION Division of Dinagat Islands District of ALBOR BAYANIHAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NARRATIVE REPORT IN SReYA SY: 2012-2013 The BAYANIHAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, was conducted SCHOOL READINESS YEAR-END ASSESSMENT (SReYA) in which this assessment is to determine the achievement level of a child. It was successfully done, last March 28, 2013 at exactly 9:00 a.m. in the morning. It was centered for the kindergarten pupils, spearheaded by MRS. ARLENE N. PAGAMPANG the class adviser by the help of the Grade One adviser MISS JOVELYN O. ORIAT and the Grade Six adviser MR. ARNIL L. REVIL. I had eight kindergarten pupils one boy and seven girls who was took the exam. Kindergarten pupils were very interested. They are attentive, all of them was cooperated whenever they are called their name. they feel at ease doing their groups and individual task. Most likely, they are easy to understand because there are a lot of colored materials with drawings. They can easily identify. Majority of them was garnered a highest score. All of them were very happy. As their adviser I am very thankful that they were successfully did their job.

It bridges informal and formal schooling between the home and the school. Kindergarten education prepares the child to the informal education process through preschool experience; the child is molded and shaped into what he will be in later life. What the child needs most in this periods-early childhood period from the kindergarten teacher parents and community is acceptance and willingness to care and nurture them at early stage of development. Kindergarten is also taught to be good, well discipline and practice desirable values. Kindergarten classes serve as educational frontier in their quest for knowledge. The children encourage loving the importance of learning and enjoying life together with other kindergarten. Kindergarten classes are organized to help the kindergarten learn the foundation of fundamental or early of education before entering grade I, they know how to read the ABC, identify objects, colors, shapes and numbers. They know how to read the ABC, identify objects, colors, shapes and numbers, they know how to write their names, a little knowledge about themselves, to speak simple comprehend to the stories listened to and can answer questions. There are aspects in childs life that need to develop to the fullest before to be ready to tackle Grade One world-gross motor, fine motor, domain and cognitive domain.
