Banana Cake w/Cream Cheese Icing

Cooking time 27-35min at 180c Ingredients 125g unsalted butter cup of sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence table spoon of cinnamon 4-5 ripe bananas 1 cups self raising flour 1 egg Method: 1. Melt butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a medium sized saucepan 2. Remove from heat 3. Add mashed bananas and stir through until just blended 4. Add egg, mix in well 5. Stir in flour, cinnamon, add milk and mix lightly 6. Bake

125g cream cheese (room temp.) 50g unsalted butter (room temp.) 230g icing sugar 1 table spoons of buttermilk (or normal milk) 1 banana (decorative purpose Method: 1. Use an electric beater to beat the cream cheese and butter in a bowl until well combined (may need to melt butter to make softer) 2. Add buttermilk and icing sugar and beat until mixture is creamy and pale. (add food colouring after this stage) 3. Decorate accordingly
