Sunday, April 07, 2013

Dear Mrs. Sloss, Today we had the pleasure of meeting a very special little girl. Caitlyn Nicholson and her mom attended the police station this morning and dropped off some treats for the officers that were working today. She told us that it was her "random act of kindness". We just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you, Caitlyn and her classmates for passing on this principle. I can tell you the officers of #4 Platoon passed on several acts of .kindness today. Officers gave a ride to a person walking in the cold, stopped in to drop off coffee to an officer who was guarding a crime scene alone without a break all day, and several other small acts of kindness.

We hope the lessons you learn about random acts of kindness make as many people smile and pass them on to others as you did todayl
Thank you so much,

'e"/-:,1-)
