Membership Agreements, Rules, and Notices for the Akhkharu Society

Membership Agreements The Akhkharu Society, its members, nor its Clergy or the High Council shall neither Encourage others to commit, and are forbidden to commit the following things or acts: Illegal activity such as: violent or aggressive criminal activity, etc. Prejudicial discrimination, such as: racist, religious, gender, sexual, etc. discrimination Lude or Indecent Conduct, such as: sex crimes, bringing private-life into public view, etc. Forcing opinions upon others, preaching, or evangelism. Bullying, extortion, any form of harassment, etc. Using illegal/non-prescribed drugs at or near TAS offline functions or using tobacco products on or near where prohibited by law and/or where it causes a disturbance to others (either attending or not). Purposely Disrupting others from learning (either online or offline in TAS functions) Hacking into and/or defacing either someones profile on one of our sites or communication medium, any Akhkharu Society owned or related website or other communication medium of or related to the Akhkharu Society, etc. Endangering the safety, security, or health of others, their possessions, etc. The Membership/Affiliation Rules are as follows: 1. I will not divulge or speak of the: goings-on, names of persons, specific rites undertaken, or other private matters in my Lodge or the Grand Lodge of the Akhkharu Society; unless otherwise permitted by the Akhkharu Society High Council. I will not hide potential abuses and/or violations of any of the Terms and Conditions, Membership/Affiliation Rules, and/or the Membership Agreements from any appropriate staff or the High Council. I will not commit, engage in, or promote illegal activity, inflammatory or disruptive behavior, etc. I will not promote or discuss the Akhkharu Society functions or products without the express permission of the High Council except when or if it is through a sanctioned and public activity and/or page.

Privacy Policy Notice: We, the Akhkharu Society, its staff, moderators of forums, and its administrators will not nor ever (unless where and when prescribed by law) share your information in any form with third parties without the permission of the Member. Scams and Fraud Notices: If you and/or another member receive emails, mail, etc. not from known Administrators, Staff, or the Board of Directors (aka the High Council) email addresses or postal addresses do not accept them. Also dont trust sites or emails from websites that the URLs or Domain Names do not match those on the external links of www.akhkharu.org or emails not in the Affiliates Directory, in the groups, or on the High Council Page.

By continued infractions a member shall ensure, or at a minimum open him or herself up to: Termination of Membership and/or Affiliation (as a part of our Clergy or even as a High Council member) and/or prosecution or disclosure of your (the members) relevant information to relevant authorities upon either the request or warrant of said authorities or upon the better judgment of and legally required actions imposed upon us by law The Member, by filling out a membership form, clicking I Agree in the appropriate area on our site, and clicking submit agrees to refrain at all costs from committing these acts or activities where and when not appropriate and/or legal.
Membership/Affiliation Rules

The Prospective Member agrees to follow the following Membership/Affiliation Rules to continue Membership and/or Affiliation with us. The Member agrees to, and understands that he or she will be placed on a zerotolerance or low-tolerance probationary period of Membership upon initial acceptance of the new Prospective Members initial Membership Application. Any violation of the Rules and/or the Terms and Conditions above will result in suspension or Termination of the privileges of Membership and/or Affiliation with us or termination of Membership and/or Affiliation.
