Ingredients A:
£2009 gtinous rice, 100g palm sugar" gula Melaka” 100i
water ,2 knotted pandan leaves,200 ml thick coconut mil
pinch of salt
Method:
4.Pick rice over for foreign particles & wash in several
changes of water until water runs clear, Soak oe overnight
2.The folowing day, drain the rice & steam for 25 minutes.

“4.Retu strained syrup onto the stove, addin pandan leaves

it aches a thick, sticky consistency about 10 ~15 minutes.

7Z.Remove the pandan leaves & spread “bee ko" onto a 7"
round pan & set aside to cool. t should be about 2om thick.
