The Flying Pig Consignment Contract

The Flying Pig assumes NO responsibility for loss due to damage, fire, theft, or any other causes within the consignment period. It is advised that you contact your insurance carrier to make arrangements for consigned items to remain insured. Selling prices for your artwork will be set between yourself and The Flying Pig. The Flying Pig will not take a reduction in selling price, unless authorization by the Artisan is received prior to. Commission paid to the Artisan is agreed upon with The Flying Pig. Payments to consignors will be made on the 10th of the month, following the month in which the item has sold. NO Exceptions. Checks MUST be picked up at The Flying Pig, 840 Ten Rod Rd, North Kingstown, RI. In the event of a lost or stolen check, a fee of $25 will be applied for replacement. A $2.00 processing fee will be deducted from each payment. The Flying Pig retains the right to terminate the contract, at any time, for any reason. In such event items will be picked up by consignor within 48 hours, or they will become the property of The Flying Pig.
