Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in answer to the kind offer made by the Student Tour Agency to me and another 4 students

at Queens College, Oxford. I am currently in my second year of studying Art History in order to complete my bachelors degree. Afterwards I am planning to prepare my Masters Thesis on the history of The Mongol Empire, which is arguably the most popular and broadest subject to do with in History, as there are many documents and records to classify. In order to complete my Masters Thesis I am in need of intensive studies in the following countries: Mongolia, China, Russia, Kazahstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. My plan is to recreate the raise of the Mongol Empire, with the aid of group composed of another 2 Archaeology students and a teacher. This will help me personally to complete an extensive study in this area, and will improve my chances of working as a Historian in the future archaeological expeditions of Professor Henry Mitchells University group. I am confident this will improve the chances of Queen College to be remarked in this area of study. Thank you for your interest in this matter.
