From the Director, Department of Protocol, Hyderabad, Lr.No.7895/D3/DoP/2012, dated: 13.12.2012. ***** ORDER: In the reference read above, the Director, Department of Protocol, Hyderabad has informed that the existing lounge at Lake View Guest House converted as Conference Hall at 1st Floor. The sum of Rs.4,000.00 is being collected rent for the use of conference Hall by the various Government Departments, Organizations. The Conference Hall is not having any infrastructure facility like audio and Projector facility, except round table & chairs. The Organizers are facing much inconvenience and finding difficulty for procurement of those facilities for power point presentation and P.A. Systems. He has therefore, requested to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.98,600/- (Rupees Ninty Eight thousand six hundred only) for providing of LG Ultra Portable LED Projector at Conference Hall in Lake View Guest House. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 98,600/- (Rupees Ninty Eight thousand six hundred only) for providing of LG Ultra Portable LED Projector at Conference Hall in Lake View Guest House. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2070 - Other Administrative Services MH 115 - Guest Houses & Govt. Hostels etc. SH 04 - Director, Protocol, 130 - Office Expenses, 132 - Other Office Expenses in the current financial year 2012-2013. 5. The Director, Department of Protocol, Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
