6.1 Conclusions

Preauger driven piles in this final project were calculated in three locations at PLTA Sibolga. These locations are; Block-1 using references BH-3 Block-2 using references BH-24 Block-3 using references BH-136

For preauger driving piles, in block 1 using BH-3 references was got ultimate capacity using API method 712 ton. Static loading test data interpretation holds in unultimate conditions, got value 550 ton. From dynamic analysis using GRL WEAP software, axial capacity was 530 ton for 120 blows per foot and from PDA test interpretation using case method axial capacity was 507 ton.

Nonpreaugered or normal piles were calculated as a proven for Preaugered driven piles at tambak sumur power steam electricity. Its calculated using static method was proposed by API and verified using Static loading test interpretations. These normal piles were calculated in three locations in tambak sumur power steam.

These locations are; Block-1 using references pile#4 Block-2 using references pile#21 Block-3 using references pile#22

In normal piles should have a closely value between static method and verify using loading test. In block-1, static method was proposed by API method got ultimate capacity 388 ton. Static method verify by static loading test. Interpretations were being using Davison method resulting 383 ton and 385 ton for De beers method.

Recommendations for Future Research

Recommendations for future research are: 1. 2. An investigation of soil behaviors. Ultimate capacity will count using API method should be attended limitations. 3. Comparing axial capacity static method and static loading test or PDA test, should be intended for ultimate capacity in test. 4. Preaugered effects are needed in order to extend present research.
