D.E. 26. THE COURT has considered Plaintiffs Response, the pertinent portions of the record, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. Due to an administrative error, Plaintiffs failed to file their Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Leo Joseph within the deadline set by this Court, and seeks a ten day enlargement in the deadline for filing said Motion. The Court will grant Plaintiffs a short extension to file a Motion for Default Judgment against the Defendant Joseph. Said Motion, complete with any supporting affidavits and a proposed order, is due no later than February 5, 2013. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Miami, Florida, this 31st day of January, 2013.
