STAGE 1. LEAD - IN

ACTIVITIES
Teacher salutes the pupils and asks them how they are feeling. She checks the absents and whether they had homework or not. Pupils are introduced to the topic of the new lesson. Teacher writes the title of the lesson on the blackboard and presents the main activities of the lesson, i.e. discussing some grammar issues. She explains the pupils how the chronological time is expressed in English. To be more specific she draws a clock on the blackboard.

The pupils are shown some clocks and they are supposed to express the right time.
