SIZE — Page size is 3 3/4” x 6 1/2”. COPY Changes — Changes of three to four lines of
copy, such as different locations or salesman imprints, are
IMPRINT AREA — 3 1/4” x 6”, without bleed. available for $30.00(G) extra for each change. Minimum
4” x 6 3/4”, with bleed. 250 Pocket Calendars per copy change.

PAPER — Covers are a sturdy 100 lb. cover stock with 50
lb. white offset paper for the interior pages.
INSIDE PAGES — PPC has 36 inside pages that contain a
14 month (December - January) calendar with one month
shown per two-page spread. Additional pages contain a
year-at-a-glance calendar, general information, advance
planning, wedding anniversary and birthstone guide and a
few pages for notes.
CUSTOM COVER DESIGNS — Custom cover designs,
printed in four color, are available at catalog prices if print-
ready art is supplied.
STOCK COVER DESIGNS — Typeset your line copy on the
back cover at no additional charge.
INSIDE COVER COPY — Printing on inside front and/
or back covers is available for an extra cost. See pricing
below.
LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, ETC. — There is no extra
charge for artwork or copy submitted as a digital file if it is
in one of our supported software formats and it does not
require reworking. See pages 2-3 for more information and
file submission guidelines. However, they may not contain
any screens or halftones. Reverses cost $18.00(G) extra.
INK — All cover imprints are matched out of four color
process inks. See page 33 for a chart of our standard colors.
If exact Pantone® color ink is required, please request a
custom quote and availability.
BINDING — Folded and saddle stapled with 2 staples
across the 6 1/2” dimension, with 2 rounded corners.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME — 10 business days or
less from final proof approval.
DROP SHIPMENT — No extra charge for drop shipment
if in multiples of our standard packaging, otherwise
add $7.00(G) per location and $2.00(G) per carton.
