I, JEAN HWANG, 42yrs old, married, owner of Cebu English School located at Bagumbayan 1, Brgy. Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say : That, I am the complainant against the suspect, MARLON BORJA, of legal age, single and temporarily residing at Sonng 1, Brgy. Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City for the crime of Robbery in inhabited house that occurred last October 1, 2012 at about 9:45 in the evening inside the school premises; That, due to the necessity and unavailability of any used, I inclined my intention to take custody of the said evidences which was recovered during the follow up operation made by the responding police officer which now photograp and promised to present to the same in court if necessary in this case.
