To, Respected CMD Sir, I'm grateful for the opportunity to work for you and I enjoy doing so. I hope you'll agree that, in the last year Ive worked hard for the organization. For example, in the last six months alone, I've Consulted at Nagpur every month and was able to reach the breakeven point every single month. 3 times I was able to achieve target for Nagpur center. Consulted at Kudal for last 4 months and achieved the targets 3 times. Done consultation at Solapur for 3 months and achieved the target for that center all the 3 months. Handled the Borivali and Virar center, of which Borivali center achieved the target 3 times and Virar 2 times. In fact, you may remember it was I; with your blessings, began the system of RM consultations at Vedicure and the system has thus far been successful as an alternative source of income other than the CMD. Apart from the above roles, I have conducted regular interviews for MOs and Physios, so that the services at these centers do not suffer. I would also bring to your kind attention that I had mooted the incentive scheme, at the beginning, which is now proving to be a advantage for Vedicure. I have completed the website which was lying dead unutilized for almost 1 and half year, even after a 50% payment was already made. I have slogged day and night to evolve a automated system to arrest the loss of revenue from theft and indirectly saved lakhs of rupees expenditure to the organization. I have reedited the Vatvikar and Samyukta Upchar book that was required to be published. I have time to time given the articles (to the best of my Knowledge), and write ups required for the TV programmes.

However, I'm still working for the initial salary of last year. In light of my hard work and accomplishments, I'm respectfully requesting an immediate pay raise in my salary. I would be grateful to you if you approve my raise in this months salary. Thanks again for the opportunity.
