Vehicle No.GS 150 R Engine No.G423-154169. This letter has reference to my earlier letter dated October, 12th 2011. From day one, I have been facing same problem even after completing 2000 km. The downshifting from 4th Gear to 3rd gear, I have to push a little harder to shift to 3rd grar. But now, a new problem has cropped up with gears. Now shifting from 4th gear to 5th gear is not possible. After much pushing it goes in 5th Gear. I strongly feel there is something wrong with Clutch plate. And since, I have driven only 2000 km and such problem has cropped up, it would be advisable you replace the Clutch plate with New one. I expect a positive response from your side in this regard.
