If radio communication failure takes place prior to interception of final apch track,
ACFT should maintain last assigned altitude or 3000 whichever is higher and
proceed to MMV VOR via shortest route to join holding procedure.
If radio communication failure takes place after intercepting final apch track, ACFT
may continue approach, if visual, and land or go around and carry out missed apch
procedure and join MMV VOR holding procedure.
After entering holding, carry out published ILS or VOR procedure for RWY 07.
