Ref: C.E(Bldgs) Cir.Memo.No:TA.8/JE.1/PA/84, Dt: 28.09.1999. *** The Plinth area rates were last approved and communicated in the circular memo cited for the purpose of preparing proforma estimates for obtaining administrative sanction. Due to increase in rates of Building materials labour and Transportation charges etc., there is need to revise the plinth area rates communicated in the circular memo cited. Hence, the following plinth area rates excluding the cost of amenities and L.S provisions are hereby communicated for preparing proforma estimates. 1. Three floor framed Structure.
