General Information Location The Swan Hotel is only 3km away from NAIA and near the SM Mall of Asia. It is the most convenient base to explore the beauties of the Manila Bay and Makati Skyline.

Reception For Reception dial 0 A choice of full English or Continental breakfast is served in the Restaurant. Monday Friday 6.15am until 9.30am Saturday 7.00am until 10.00am Sunday and Holidays 6.30am until 10.30am Room Service breakfast is available for service in your room. Please place your order card on the outside of your door for collection before 3.00am Service times may occasionally vary during holiday periods and on special event dates. This information will be displayed at the hotel Reception Desk. Serves drinks and refreshments 24 hours a day to our guests. The bar also offers a comprehensive range of snacks and light meals from 11:00 12:00 daily. A selection of bar drinks and wines are available for room. Cocktails are only served in our 1812 Mini Bar and not available for room service. Please contact reception dial 0 there is a room service charge of 200.00 per order on all room service orders. All items are subject to availability and include VAT at 20%. The two fully equipped and purpose built conference rooms are available. Please contact the Duty Manager for full details. We would respectfully point out that guest are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel for the purpose of consumption on the premises. We reserve the right to supply all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Free car parking is available only to guest staying at the hotel. Upon check-in you will be advised of the barrier code you can find this on our key card key this 4 digit code followed by the enter button into the keypad at the entrance to the car park to raise the barrier arm. When leaving the car park the barrier arm will raise automatically as you approach. The hotel does not accept liability for loss or damage to cars and their contents. Reception will help provide information on the services and locations of churches and places of worship within the local area. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa debit, American Express, Switch Maestro, Solo, and Electron. Should you wish to apply for a company account please contact Reception. Please allow approximately 21 days for the account to be set up. Should you have any comments or suggestions during your stay with us please ask to speak to the Duty Manager. A comment form is also provided and we would be grateful if you could spare the time to complete this. Your comments and experiences are important to us and help us to continuously monitor and improves our services and facilities. Please vacate your room by 12.00noon on the day of departure. This may be extended for a small supplement, subject to availability. Please make your arrangements with reception. If a Doctor, Chemist or Dentist is required kindly contact reception or Night Porter by dialing 0. Our tap water is safe to drink we do offer a selection of natural waters and other refreshments via mini bar or room service.

Dry Cleaning Items for dry cleaning and laundry may be bagged and handed to reception before 9am Monday to Friday. Please complete the laundry form - which shows prices - and place it in the bag along with your laundry. These will be returned the same day. Unfortunately this service is not available over Weekends and Bank Holidays. Please use the door hanger provided. If you do not wish to receive calls you can set the do not disturb function on your phone: Simply dial 401 on your handset to activate this facility, and 400 to cancel. Alternatively contact reception. To set an early morning call from your phone: Dial 18, and then enter the time you require the call using a 24-hour clock format e.g. a call for 7.30 am should be entered as 0730. Once you hear a series of beeps replace the handset. Alternatively contact reception. Please refer to the evacuation information on the inside of your bedroom door. In an event of a fire, please leave the building as quickly and calmly as possible. E-mail can be received at the following address and marked for the recipients attention. Fire Flowers Fax Iron & Board Hair Dryers Our emergency evacuation information is available from reception. Please refer to the information on the back of your bedroom door. Information on florists is available from reception. Messages for dispatch should be passed to reception. The number for incoming fax messages is: - 09389 543956. Available 7:00 1:00 pm for outgoing faxes. Tariffs charged are advised by reception. Please contact reception and we will deliver this to your room. Are available from Reception. A 500.00php fee will be charged to your credit card if the hair dryer is not returned on departure. You will be issued with your room key and a either a white or a yellow key card upon check-in. Please keep this card with you at all times as this proves that you are a resident with us. We will ask for this card each time you collect your room key. Your room key is to be deposited to reception whenever you leave the hotel. The main light switch is located on the power activating bracket behind the plastic key tag. Bedside light switches are located on either side of your bed. All lights and power will turn off when you remove the key tag. All held by the Housekeeping department, please dial 0 for information. Lost property will be held for a period of 3 months. Any items that are not claimed within these three months will be given to charity. Available from reception.

Please order your newspaper at the Reception Desk. Your order will be delivered to your room each morning. Due to strict health regulations, no pets are allowed in rooms at any time. Available at reception. Please contact reception for current tariff. 1st and 2nd Class postage stamps are available for purchase from Reception. All mail to be posted should be deposited at Reception before 16:00 Monday to Friday. Incoming mail is held at Reception for collection. Assistance with luggage is available 24 hours a day. Safe Deposit We strongly recommend that all valuables be deposited for safe keeping at reception, please enquire at reception and obtain a receipt. This service is not available between 11pm 7am. For further information please see our display of the Hotels Proprietors Act of 1958 located at reception. Pool hours are 7am until 9pm. Situated within the ground floor. Extra towels are available from Reception at an additional charge. All hotel guests are invited to use the pool however outside guests are not permitted. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please follow standard safety regulation rules as the hotel cannot accept any liability for any accidents, injuries or property damage. Please consider the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. There is strictly no Alcohol or glass allowed within the pool gates, no bombing or jumping into the pool. All rooms are provided with a security room lock. Please use this for additional security whenever you are in your room. Report lost keys immediately to Reception. There is strictly no smoking in the rooms. All rooms are fitted with a fire alarm and a fine applies if you are found to be smoking within the rooms. Telephone To access an outside line please dial 9 followed by the number you wish to call Reception dial 0. All calls are charged for the first 30 seconds once connection has been made, after that the calls will be charged per second. May be purchased from reception. Consists of razor, shaving cream, toothpaste and brush, and comb. Other emergency items available on request. Is available during office and restaurant hours. Guests are advised that the Management cannot be held responsible for any damage to jewelry and other valuables.
