The mini workshop 10th of September:

In my opinion it was a good introduction to a whole a course. Through the workshop I became aware of the design goal definition and a little bit about interaction vision. Our team chose interaction between different generation and how we can reduce the gap between them, and we came up with good words to describe our interaction vision. For me it was a good experience but I had some problems to find out what kind of product or project should I choose.

The interaction vision 1st of October

In this workshop we became familiar with interaction definition more, but I still had difficulties to choose a way to show my interaction vision for my own design goal. In first part, we did a good job as a team, made a movie with a sound and it was really nice, but didnt help me in my own process. In second part, we thought about different experience and feeling we had. That part was innovative, and helped me to think about different methods of expression. For instance, I considered my feeling toward moving from home to Delft as a new, fresh, independency, fear, and unknown future. We came up with a new machine in canteen, which people can put money in it and get a food, but they cant choose the food. I have never expected this result, which was really surprising for me.

The interaction prototype 11th of October

At first, it wasnt clear for my group. I think the introduction wasnt so clear. We started our work, but for some of us it wasnt really helpful. For example, I had some ideas, but we couldnt try them because they should have tried in real context. Other person also had a train context, which we tried to imagine it but it wasnt really helpful. In general I guess some people got good feedbacks, and we had a good discussion with fellow students.
