Kemler Chief Judge Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria 520 King Street Alexandria, Virginia 22314 Re: Notice of Tampering with evidence / exhibits from court on September 28, 2012 Dear Judge Kemler: As Chief Judge you personally are responsible for the illegal behavior of Judge Clark. On September 28, 2012 not only did he take away my basic rights as a citizen he is now tampering with the Exhibits that he accepted in court and made part of the record. My Opposition to his orders and my letter both references Exhibits that he made part of the record. He asked the other side 2 Attorneys if they objected to any of the Exhibits They both did not object to the Exhibits. After court I asked John Tran and Michael Wieser if I could have my notebooks which they refused to give me back because quote No, they are on record as Exhibits and part of the file a sheriff was with me and is a witness to this. I also had two witnesses in court as well as the sheriff that handed Judge Clark the notebook of Exhibits. In his letter of October 5, 2012 no where does he say that the Exhibits have not been allowed. This is just one more of the many criminal actions you and your Court have tried to stop me from collecting money that is due me from Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman. I want those Exhibits in my file and I would like to be notified this has been resolved. This is a criminal action by Judge Clark and Ed Semonian. Warmly,
