Like the picture provided below, lets say that there is points that meet with graph of quadratic equation y=-x+3x+4 on x-axis called A(positive), on y-axis called B. Also, there is the point on the origin called O. If we set a random point P on this graph, what would be the greatest area of square OAPB? (Point P has to be on the 1st quadrant)

First, connect two points, O and P. Lets say area of OBP is a and area of OAP is b. Say Point P=(p, -p^2+3p+4) a=1/2 x 4 x p=2p b=4 x1/2 x (-p^2+3p+4) a+b=-2p^2+8p+8 Maximum value of this graph is maximum value of a+b, which is the area.

y=-2x^2+8x+8 =-2(x^2-4x+4)+16 =-2(x-2)^2+16=>max : x=2 0<=p<=4 p=2 Max(-2p^2+8p+8)=16 (p=2)
