PREFACE THEPRESENT PROJECT entitled as EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AT RAMA HOSPITAL is faithful out come of our six weeks long

vocational training in an organization which is well recognized for this purpose .the rama group was our first choice to have a practical exposure .t business management , with special reference to HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION. THIS IS PLANT Training FORMS an integral part of our PGDM programme It gives us a great pleasure in presenting this training report, which we have prepared after sincerely going through industrial training at RAMA group In our project we have studied the employee satisfaction at rama group. In the project the different aspect of employee satisfaction is been discussed .benefits, development maximizing ,survays important of employee satisfaction isbeen broadly defined. It helps in understanding the necessity of providing adequate facilities to student from time to time . Ihave given best of my knowledge & labour to make this studies meaningful & effective & desirously aspire if my project can be help to esteemed reader.i also got an opportunity to work witj rama as an administrator during the training & learn about the functioning of an organization.
