When sir entered in the hall, we were all very excited to know about Universe. He started explaining us about the Astronomical Club. Then he asked what is a day? We gave answers. And sir gave an answer too- When the earth finishes a round it is known as a day. He started telling us about planets. First he explained Mercury. He told us that it is so hot that if we go near it we may not survive. Now comes Mars. Sir told us that scientists are trying to find life on Mars. Though it is not possible for living beings to live there because the Stratosphere/Ozone layer is not available on Mars. Stratosphere/Ozone layer protects Earth from harmful rays of the Sun. He also told that water was found on Moon. Then he showed us a video clip in which Neil Armstrong was taking his first step on Moon. After the video clip he told us about Apollo 11. Sir also told us about Jupiter that life is not possible on Jupiter. Because its layer is thick and volcanoes erupt in every 1 second. Sir made us enjoy and also took us to space.
