Hi, Someone asked me about my experience with pe.Ok let's start. So I ws around 17 or 18,I don't remember exactly.

I hadn't masturbated before with my hand. I had done it with pelvic movements(without hands). But one day I was really depressed so I said whatever and masturbated and came within 3 seconds. So I did those and ya it got long like real fucking long ,maybe added 2 inches but my erections were not so strong. So I searched for more. I tried many things. That small ebook with a cross&wings sign. Then I applied the jelqing tecnique and I saw instant improvement in erection quality and girth. So I kept doing it on and off. I developed what they call a baseball bat. I would masturbate for 50 minutes and wouldn't cum. Once someone sendmy family some dates(fruit). When I ate the first date my dick got up and it got really hot. I wasn't able to touch it for more than 3 secs. The more dates I ate the more my erection got stronger and hotter.Afterwards I tried eating many dates but couldn't get that effect. Maybe those were some other species of dates.I have a book full of herbal stuff to enlarge your dick.As I am from south asia, Our culture is rich in herbal stuff,home remedies etc. So yeah i tried a lot of stuff.I know that my dick was 6 inches when I was 18 but now I am 23 it's 7" . i don't know if it's coz of age or the exercise but I know that the exercise are the reason for my current penis strength and size.And I didn't stick to the exercises. I did them on and off coz ,1st u have to warmup then 300 jelqs,again warmup. It takes lot of time and many time I didn't have hot water running. So now I found the exercises which suit me best. I will tell you later.

Few weeks ago I found a torrent on bitseduce named iron crotch. I have been doing some exercises from it .And my balls have gotten bigger,harder and daily more red/blue nerves are popping up on my balls. Also I feel like a man after doing the exercises. If you want rock solid balls then go for this product. This is the only one I recommend.

So my routine currently is 3-4 supraslammers everyday. Plus testicle massage (as mentioned in iron crotch) many times a day. I rarely measure my dick but the last measurement I know that my dick is between 7 and 7.5 and girth around 5.5. So here's the exercises I have found the best.Warmup is not necessary but it can somehow enhance ur workouts.

Mandingo stretch: Length Edging : Stamina power+ girth+length Ballooning : Stamina+girth Testicle massage: Big strong hard balls. More nerves on the balls. Increased blood flow.

The whole point of exercises is to increase blood circulation in the penis/balls. So if you are doing some cardio work or some bodybuilding something that will also help and u will see faster results. 1 person I know applied blackseed oil to his dick and he gained 1.75 inches from it, So if you want you can try applying that. Some say that it doesn't works. But don't listen to them. Listen to your body. Your body tells u always what's good for you or not. But remember that it takes time whether u apply oil or do the exercises it will take a good amount of time until u start seeing results. So what I would say is if u r a beginner in this, start with basic jelqing for 3-4 weeks then switch to the exercises I mentioned above.You can't just jump in to those exercises without conditioning urself. Also Once I tried realsubs penis enlargement subs. And the moment I listened to it I felt some movement in my penis like it's pushing itself out or growing. It felt like my dick was being pulled. But I stopped using them coz I am just not much into subs. You can try them if you want. So that's it. I know not all are blessed with above 6". So if u are short down there u can start with basic stretches then to mandingo stretch. Or if u just want to enhance your dick power then u can try edging,ballooning,supraslammers etc.

This one I use for head girth.

The Uli #3 is a method for gaining girth, particularly around the head. You get a partial erection, grab your penis with the OK grip a couple of inches behind the head, and trap blood between where your fingers are holding and the head of your penis. Then you pull toward the head, forcing the blood toward the head, engorging the area to the max. 1. Start 80%/90% erection. 2. Perform a strong kegel to get a full engorgement, then once kegel is completed grip the penis at the base with a ring-grip then slide SLOWLY towards your penis head (moving every drop of blood! important!!).

3. Once reached about 1/4 inch below the head, while still maintaining a strong grip perform a strong kegel. 4. Use your other hand to grip at the base while still maintaining a strong grip near the head trapping blood between the head and pubic bone and then.. and only then should you release your head-grip hand. 5. Repeat 7 to 10 times, then stop and slap your penis on your thighs to regain circulation. Rest and repeat the whole thing. It is best to try for 5 minutes of performing this exercises. Work up to 10 or more minutes over the course of 6-8 weeks.

This one is for girth. If done correctly it will give enormous girth.

Here's how you do "The Squeeze": With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in "OK" sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis - SQUEEZE! Your penis should look VERY swollen and veiny. Hold this position for five seconds. Release, and start over. Start with 5 and work up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so (this is a hard exercise!).
