Visto el xito cosechado en las diferentes experiencias gastronmicas realizadas hasta la fecha, el Consorcio de Desarrollo Comarcal, junto a los cuatro ayuntamientos de la zona: Buenavista del Norte, Los Silos, Garachico y El Tanque, han decidido poner en marcha la II Muestra Gastronmica Comarcal manteniendo el nombre de Secretos de la Isla Baja. Esta muestra, valorada como en aos anteriores con carcter previo por el comit seleccionador del Plan de Gastronoma de Tenerife, sigue manteniendo el objetivo de dar a conocer, desde la gastronoma local, toda la Comarca Isla Baja: sus espacios protegidos, su cultura, cascos histricos, entre turistas y visitantes. Como complemento de estas segundas jornadas gastronmicas se realizarn un importante nmero de Actividades Paralelas dirigidas tanto al sector de la restauracin como al pblico en general segn se informa en este folleto. Through the raving success of the different gastronomical experiences till this day, the association of the evolution of the rural district, together with the four town halls of Buenavista del Norte, Los Silos, Garachico and El Tanque, decided to initiate the second sample with local restaurateurs. We will maintain the previous name Secretos de la Isla Baja (Secrets of the low island). This sample pursues the goal that the tourists and visitors get to know the local gastronomy, but also the whole district: the protected areas, the culture, the historic city centre, etc. Like in former years the sample will be valuated by a selected committee of restaurateurs from Tenerife. In addition to those second gastronomic samples, it will be offered a big number of activities which are orientated to the gastronomic sector as well as to the audience, according to the yer. Dank dem bis zum heutigen Tag geernteten Erfolg durch die verschiedenen gastronomischen Erfahrungen, hat der Verband fr Landkreisentwicklung zusammen mit den vier Rathusern von Buenavista del Norte, Los Silos, Garachico und El Tanque, entschieden eine zweite Verkostungsprobe lokaler Gastronomen in Gang zu setzten. Der bisherige Name Secretos de la Isla Baja (Geheimnisse der niedrigen Insel) wird beibehalten. Die oben genannte Verkostungsprobe hat das Ziel, dass die Turisten und Besucher sowohl die lokale Gastronomie, als auch den ganzen Landkreis kennenlernen: seine geschtzen Gebiete, seine Kultur, die historischen Stadtkerne, etc. Wie in den vorherigen Jahren wird sie durch ein ausgewhltes Komitee der Gastronomen aus Teneriffa bewertet. Als Ergnzung dieser zweiten Gastronomieverkostungsproben, werden eine groe Anzahl verschiedener Aktivitten angeboten, die sich sowohl an die Gastronomen, als auch an das Publikum wenden.
