From: Kevin Moore Sent: Sun, July 29, 2012 3:30:06 AM Subject: A New Brother in Christ Dylon van der Ventel confessed his faith and was baptized into Christ Sunday afternoon, 29th of July, around 3:10 p.m. Dylan is the brother-in-law of Koropapa ("Kotz") Clayton-Matoe, whose baptism we reported in November last year. He is also the son of Chris and Norma, whose family attends both the Wellington and Porirua congregations. Dylan has been asking questions and expressing interest for quite some time but was waiting for his grandparents to migrate to New Zealand from South Africa later this year. However, he realized that this is something too important to postone, so another trip was made to the motel spa pool in Porirua just before our Sunday afternoon worship service. Afterwards we had a "welcome circle" where all the brethren stood in a circle holding hands to sing and pray and welcome Dylon into God's family.
