Company Description Clearstate is a niche healthcare market research and business consulting firm under the Economist Intelligence Unit, offering strategic advisory services to medical devices, healthcare services, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to help them grow their business in Asia Pacific. Headquartered in Singapore and covering the Asia Pacific region, Clearstate is now expanding its operations in Singapore, and is seeking high calibre and talented consultants to be part of this dynamic team. Clearstate is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Quantitative Research Associate with strong analytical skills to lead quantitative marketing research projects. The primary responsibilities of a Quantitative Research Associate with Clearstate involve: Able to create statistical models using multivariate techniques to be used in tactical and strategic client engagements Design and execute online and paper-based surveys and analyse results Mine the customer database for behavioural patterns to suggest and/or support client engagements marketing initiatives Develop statistical models to predict customer value, customer response and classify customers, demographic and transactional characteristics Prepare and present to clients senior management final reports of quantitative research projects that include findings, interpretations, conclusions and recommendations The candidate should ideally possess the following skills / relevant experience 3+ years experience in quantitative marketing research or marketing analytics Strong multivariate statistical analysis and modeling skills Ability to render and convey actionable conclusions from marketing data Excellent problem-solving skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Self-directed with ability to multi-task and prioritize Experienced user of SPSS, SAS, or equivalent Enjoys working in a team environment Proven track record of account management and client handling Highly organized and meticulous Able to work in a fast pace team structure Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status may apply.
