Dr.

Abdul Baasit Aziz Bamba, a Lecturerin- law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, holds a PhD in law with a focus on Law and Economic Development from Harvard Law School, USA. He is also a Senior Associate in the law firm of Ayine and Felli, one of the most prestigious law firms in Ghana. Dr Aziz Bamba has taught business-related courses for many years, and also has consulted extensively for organizations such as UK Department for International Development, the World Bank, the Committee of African Studies of Harvard University, and the Government of Ghana. He was one of the Consultants to the Economic Community of West Africa States on the harmonization of business laws in West Africa. Between 2001 and 2011 Aziz Bamba worked with the Legal Resources Center, an governance, human rights and human development not-for-profit organization in

many capacities including Legal Officer, Director of Programs and Projects, Associate Executive Director and Board Secretary.
