Rules and Regulations Listed below are some Rules and Regulations for The Magnolias Subdivision. These Rules and Regulations are derived from our covenants and have been modified by the Board of Directors and its committees to further enhance the conditions of our community. Parents are urged to review these rules with their children to ensure that everyone is in compliance. Trash Bins o Bins should be removed from driveways within 24 hours of trash pickup Newspapers o Such papers should be removed from driveways within 24 hours of delivery. Satellite Dishes o Dishes should be placed on rear of house as not to be seen from any angle of the street. Lawns o Lawns must be well maintained in an attractive, slightly and well-kept conditions at all times. At no time should grass and or weeds exceed six (6) inches in height. To include front, back, sides and curb. To extend to your entire property line. Fences/Storage Buildings o Prior to construction/installation, refer to the Covenants. Obtain permit from City of Fairburn. Once approval has been granted construction should be completed in a timely and expeditious manner. Parking on the Street o There should be no continuous parking permitted on the streets. Any vehicle(s) sighted for parking on the street for more than 48 hours will

receive a written warning. Commercial Vehicles are not allowed to be parked. Recreational o Playing in the street is not permitted. Basketball goals shall be of portable type and shall not be attached to the house structure. Trespassing o No trespassing on private property, this includes but not limited to cutting between houses or crossing someones lawn. For their safety, pedestrians should utilize sidewalks. Leash Law o Pet owners should observe Fulton County Leash Law. All pets must be on a leash when walking or outdoors from behind a fence. Also pets should not be on residents lawns when being walked and any waste deposited by pet should be removed by owner immediately from street or sidewalks. Pets should not be allowed to deposit waste into any drop off that may be in the back of your property. Dumping o No dumping of unused items, tools or any debris of any kind into a drop off that may be in the rear of your property. The opening in these areas should remain clear to allow free flow of water. Fine may be imposed by the City.
