This is to confirm that I ………..…………………………………………accept that the fees for
the above-mentioned programme are as detailed in the table below. I accept that I
will be paying said fees according to the payment schedule.

I acknowledge that there will be a charge for late submission of projects. These
charges will be for my account.

I accept that any changes to this payment arrangement must be mutually agreed on
between the Cave Hill School of Business (CHSB) and me.

Further, I understand that failure to make payments as agreed may result in my

account being handed to CHSB’s attorneys and collection agents. Outstanding
charges will accrue interest of 20%. This charge along with all collection fees will be
at my expense.

Package Covers Tuition, textbooks and other reading materials both in electronic and hard copy format.

All cheques/bank drafts must be made payable to CAVE HILL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS and should clearly indicate
who is paying, and the related programme.

Alternatively, payments may be made by wire transfer, directly to CHSB’s bankers, Royal Bank of Canada,
Black Rock, St. Michael, Barbados, to account number 252-147-4.
