Fast Set Green Adhesive

General Description:

The Epro Services Fast Set Green 7652 adhesive system is designed for bonding, sealing
and repairing properly prepared composite plastics and coated metals. The high strength,
ambient curing adhesive system is resistant to exposure to elevated temperatures,
moisture, fuels, most solvents and chemicals. When used as a repair material, it can be
easily sanded while maintaining other property balances.

The adhesive system is designed for ease of dispensing with pneumatic applicator tools
when packaged in dual cartridges, and with plural component proportioning equipment.

Nominal working time (25°C) 3-5 minutes

Nominal sanding time (25°C) 45 minutes

Packaging
Dual Cartridges

Application:
Remove black tips from cartridges, attach static mixer and retaining nut to cartridges.
Place cartridge in carriage of pneumatic tool. Allow 1-2 ounces of material to flow out
of cartridge to equalize system. Dispense at pressure giving desired output. If cartridge
not used up, remove static mixers and replace black tips for next use. Repeat steps if
necessary.

Clean-up:
In general, should be a moisture-free solvent. Most effective is methylene chloride,
followed by MIBK. If above not acceptable, use less efficient solvents such as mineral
spirits or DOP.
