The general scope of this study is to examine various new schemes including easy installment providing for Mobile Phones & evaluate its performance in INDIA. Telecommunication is an important constituent for this world and for every people and today with a sense of fulfillment of all desire & needs may be due to new technology. Both the companies occupy a notable position in the business. For the progress and expanse in the business or nation, these are helpful terms and condition, made available due to new technology made cheapen from past. The scope of this paper covers the comparative analysis of various Telecommunication schemes in BSNL and Reliance LTD. Suitable measures for the improvement of telecommunications performance will be recommended.
