LAW AND JUSTICE How much in our lives we come through the terms Law and Justice?

How many times we say where there is a law there is Justice also being done. If we go through the case of Jessica Lal Murder Case, everybody knows that the victim was shot dead in front of so many people. Murder is a crime, we all are aware of that fact but still the murderer of the victim is free. No action is taken against them, and so no Justice is given to the family and friends of the victim. How many times Justice is being done for every time an unlawful act takes place? If laws are made they are made to be implemented on everybody. Law is made to provide justice but because of corruption and the effect of power justice is not given in true sense. How many times the laws are imposed correctly? In a popular case of Rudal Shah, the victim was put behind the bars for 14 yrs and that too for nothing. After 14yrs he was given a compensation of Rs 50.000. Now is the justice being done? The Indian Judicial system is corrupt and hollow. Even the judges in District Courts are biased. People are bound to follow law but the Government is not bound to give justice. There are millions of cases pending in the different courts of India. In Supreme Court itself there are more than 55,000 pending cases, so the intensity of pending cases can be imagined in all the different District Courts, High Courts and other Judicial bodies. If we talk about law, there are many laws in our Constitution but how many of them are being implemented correctly, nobody has the answer. Laws are made so that we can get justice but the scenario is different. Here laws are not followed and the result is directly proportional to

the person who has committed the act or the amount of money he has paid so that the case can be shut. The case result is decided even before the hearing because even the judges are corrupt. And the person who is losing himself between all this is the common man. Every time we go and knock the doors of law so that we can get the justice. We spend lots of money and time in hope of a better life, in hope of a positive result but at the end of the day we lose ourselves, we lose faith in the system and we lose the faith to get Justice!
