1. What is this product about? The DiGi Simple Prepaid MasterCard is a payment instrument that allows you to purchase goods and services, much like any Credit or Debit Card. However, due to the prepaid value, spending is limited to the amount of money stored on the card at the time of purchase. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? What are the key terms and conditions of this product? Applicant must be minimum 18 years of age. Applicant must provide a valid mailing address in Malaysia (no P.O. Box). No banking account is necessary to hold this product. No income requirement. What are the major risks? Your Card being stolen or lost. Should you find your card lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. You may report it to Alliance Bank Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988. Alternatively, you may visit any Alliance Bank branch for assistance. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform us of any changes in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner.
