PORK BELLY “AGRIDULCE”

Yields 4 Tacos

CABBAGE SLAW

You can purchase a pre-made coleslaw mix or make your own. To make your own you will need:

INGREDIENTS

½ head white cabbage
1 carrot, peeled
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Slice cabbage as thin as possible. Grate carrot using a box grater. Mix in bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside until serving time.

PORK BELLY “AGRIDULCE” INGREDIENTS

1 lb. pork belly from butcher
8 peeled garlic cloves
2 c. orange juice (most grocery store chains carry this product)
