Chapter One: Relaxing Your Body
Welcome to deep sleep hypnosis. This session will show you how to relax your body and mind, and program yourself to get a deep, restful sleep during hard times. Before we begin, you should be lying down comfortably. You should be in a place where the conditions are right for you to get a good night's rest. That means it should be quiet. It should be
