LEADS ARE THE LIFEBLOOD of any sales career- Especially in Real

Being an agent is like running your own business. As you know, real estate brokers and agents depend on their sales, and earning that commission is crucial.
Being a great closer isn’t everything. You could be the best salesman in the world- but still go broke, if you have no leads!
So- are you focusing on getting more leads in?
Of course, we all want an endless pipeline of fresh, hot-off-the-press leads, to help us get more reliable income and bring our business to new heights. When you start, it’s not always so simple, and it can feel like it’s just ‘down to luck’.

Part 1: Mindset, Database and Contact Plan
GENERATING A MASSIVE pipeline of leads comes down to your mindset, the system in place, database, and a contact plan.
Preparation is always necessary to ensure success. The truth is that there are 1.4 million licensed agents in the United States (US), according to data from The National Association of Agents (NAR) in 2019 (Rudden, 2020). Not surprisingly, this figure lets us know that unless we do the unthinkable, we will simply fade into the masses. However, there are many ways to make the difference, if you follow the techniques outlined in this guide, and mentally prepare yourself for the challenge.
The other truth that plays in our favor: 139.64 million residential properties recorded in 2019 (Rudden, 2020). This simply means that opportunities are everywhere. Also, gone are the days where properties stayed within a family for five generations. Understand the world, including properties and people, are in constant motion.
As long as an agent fully grasps the fundamentals, and minimum requirements needed to generate leads, they can stick their hands in an endless pot of gold. Keep in mind, you'll face challenges, but that's why I'm going to share with you all the most effective techniques to generate leads fast.
