The solution is to fill the body with healthy whole foods that are going to give your body the nutrients it requires to function properly. There is no reason to fully rely on medications to keep us healthy unless absolutely necessary. Taking care of your body will help you to be around for your family members to spend more quality time with them as well as give you more time to accomplish your goals in life.
