    1-Eat more

    You can train yourself the best way possible, you can train everyday, but the real secret to getting bigger, the best way to become more imposing, is your nutrition! You have to think about it, you must compensate for calories that you spend during training, and you have to eat more to get bigger. To give you a very clear idea, to getting bigger, 70 percent of your training, is your nutrition!

    2-Train heavy

    To become heavy, you have to train heavy. Exceed your limits, you should lift a little heavier at each workout you have. You can sacrifice a few repetitions, to lift heavier. However, you must always keep in mind, don't sacrifice the quality of your training. You can not double your strength each session you have, you must have patience, but without realizing it, you will become stronger, you will become bigger!

    3-Do negative

    Do negative, is the positive way to become bigger! No doubt, train with a friend, allows us to get a few more repetitions, push you to lift heavier. In the same way, negative is your friend when you're alone. Many people do not know, we are stronger
