    Purchasing

    All ingredients for recipes can be found at organic food stores and/or your

    popular grocery stores.

    Purchase organic.

    Choose ingredients with the least amount of food additives and preservatives.

    Inspect fruits and vegetables and purchase only undamaged produce.

    Always check expiry date on products before purchasing.

    Storage

    Always store gluten-free flours in a plastic bag, inside a paper bag, in the

    fridge with the top properly sealed.

    Always store shelled nuts and nut flours properly sealed in the fridge or freezer.

    Temperature

    Temperatures in this cook book are converted using the following standard formulas:

    C = 5/9 (F-32) F = (9/5C) + 32. That stated, where I have written 93 ˚C or 177˚C in recipes, please note that your oven will read 100 ˚C or 180 ˚C on the dial. I have provided temperatures in ˚F as well to avoid confusion.
