    Ingredients

    Non-stick cooking spray

    1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

    1- 9 oz. package frozen artichoke hearts

    12 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup chopped onion

    1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

    2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed

    1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel

    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    1 tablespoon cold water

    Lemon wedges (optional)

    Directions

    1. Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat. Brown chicken, half at a time, in hot skillet. In your slow cooker, combine frozen artichoke hearts, garlic and onion. In a small bowl, combine broth, rosemary, lemon peel and pepper. Pour vegetables over vegetable in slow cooker. Add browned chicken; spoon some of garlic mixture over chicken.

    2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3.5 hours.

    3. Transfer chicken and artichokes to a serving platter, reserving cooking liquid. Cover chicken and artichokes with foil to keep warm.

    4. If using low-heat setting turns to high-heat setting. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water. Stir into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over chicken and artichokes. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.

    Place pasta sauce in crockpot.

    Mix stuffing, meat, water & cheese in bowl and then roll into 1" balls.

    Place balls in crockpot, then top with sliced mushrooms.

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

    1 tablespoon black pepper

    1/4 cup to 3/4 cup flour or favorite thickener

    Brown diced pork; add all other ingredients into either a large slow cooker or a dutch oven. Cook on low heat for 5 to 7 hours. When ready to eat, add a mixture of flour and water that has been whisked together to form a smooth paste. Thoroughly mix into chile and cook an additional 20-30 minutes. Freezes great!

    Campbell's cream of chicken soup (98% fat free), 1 can + 1/2 can water

    Baby carrots, raw, 30 large or about 1.5 cups

    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2 - 8 long) or about 2 cups cut chunky

    Thyme, fresh - 5 sprigs

    Rosemary, about 5 sprigs

    Directions

    Wrap rosemary and thyme in cheese cloth and tie together to make a sache.

    Add carrots and celery to bottom of cooker.

    Add herb sache

    Season chicken with salt & pepper (but not too much) and add to cooker

    Pour chicken soup over chicken and add 1/2 can of water (this usually gets the rest of the soup out too); spread over chicken as much as possible.

    Cook on low for about 6 hours until juices run clear.

    If you have time or are around, you could add no yolk noodles to the cooker in the last 30 minutes. Or serve separately with rice,
