INTRODUCTION
A smoothie is a concoction made by blending the pulp, juice and skins of fruits and vegetables into a liquid suitable for drinking that is relatively smooth and requires little chewing. A simple smoothie can be made with only fruits or fruits and vegetables and sometimes with seeds and super-foods along with a liquid base.
Only some fruits, veggies, a blender and a base such as yogurt, milk or water is needed to make smoothie.

Smoothies helps in excess body weight reduction without missing any meals. The enzymes present in many fruits help breakdown body fat and clean up your circulatory system.
