Introduction
Children grow up too fast. Before long the almost indistinguishable straw on her belly is going to fly down a hill on a bicycle with her hands in the air and driving down the highway in her new car. Before you know you can say goodbye to them as they start college, cross your fingers and hope for the best. You will never have the opportunity to nurture again to do so right now, when you are safely within yourself, isolated from the outside world.
This is going to be the last time in your life that it is a piece of cake to make them eat your vegetables, so enjoy it! You're going to be spending the next eighteen years (and more) trying to convince them that spinach is good for them and that the slimy material on the outside of their carrots is just the pulp, but right now you are making all the decisions when it's about what they eat.
Proper pregnancy nutrition is a vital factor in the proper development of the fetus because the fetus is physically unable to provide on its own, nor can it show visible Y signs of malnutrition among monthly check-ups like a newborn can. That means for the next nine months it will be entirely up to you to make sure you are eating properly for two, enjoying the vitamins and nutrients that will help deliver a healthy and happy baby while staying healthy at Same time.
Remember, the baby will be taking what he needs long before those nutrients never have a chance to go through his system. By not eating properly you're not only hurting your baby, you're hurting yourself too. This is why it is so important that you make sure you get the vitamins and nutrients you need for the next nine months as well. Lack of attention could still lead to a healthy baby, but the baby will not change themselves! Mother has to be very healthy in order to keep up with her little bundle of joy for years to come. Giving birth is difficult enough for the body. Surely you don't want to add malnutrition to the mix.
The problem that women face when it comes to pregnancy nutrition is that they just don't understand. Why? Not because they are stupid, or because they don't want to do what's best for their baby. It is because most books on pregnancy, particularly those dealing with the details of nutrition for the next nine months, are written by medical professionals. That makes sense, right? Who better to take advice regarding your baby's growth and development than the doctor who has made your life's work?
St moms are not doctors, however, and that's where the problem comes from. It is all
