Lemon Chiffon Topped with Berries

Ingredients:
Lemon (juiced) – 2 large (1/3 cup)
Splenda (granulated) – ½ cup
Eggs – 4 (large)
Fresh berries – 3 cups
Nutrition Information:

Carbohydrates – 11 g
Directions:
Place a nonstick saucepan over a high flame. Add in the Splenda and lemon juice and let it heat through. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely; once done, take off the flame. Let it cool down a bit.
Take a small glass bowl and crack eggs into the same. Whisk well until nice and airy. Add in the lemon sugar. Mix gradually and continue whisking.
Once the eggs and lemon mixture have fully incorporated, transfer into a pan placed on a medium-low flame. Continue whisking for about 2-3 minutes. Make sure the egg mixture is light and airy.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl. Place it in the refrigerator for about an hour. The mixture will become thicker as it cools.
Scoop the lemon chiffon into a dessert bowl using a spoon. Top with berries of your choice.

Toasted sesame seeds – 1 cup
Flax seed (ground) – 2 tablespoons

Directions:
Take a food processor and add in the dates, water, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, and almonds. Process the ingredients into a smooth dough.
Empty the prepared dough into a glass bowl.
Use a spoon to scoop out the dough and form it into a ball. Repeat the process with the remaining
