About this ebook

What you'll like about my cookbook: This book teaches you shortcuts and contains recipes that have been tested by cooks 13 years old (and younger). You will also like that it has unique recipes that are easy (plus some basics, like plain old pancakes). I wrote this book because I want to share helpful cooking tips I have learned over the years. I think you'll enjoy the sections "Causes for Disaster" and "What to do With Things That Didn't Work Out."
You don't need someone to tell you how to make some of the simple recipes, but flipping through a cookbook can give you ideas about what you want to make.

Author

Tracy McConnell

Tracy McConnell is often saying that she can't cook, but when her friends, family and coworkers had enthusiastic responses to a recipe she picked up while on vacation in the Azores Islands, she decided to create a cookbook for people who "can't cook." Through university courses and her involvement with the Manitoba Editors' Association, she has become a freelance editor for both fiction and non-fiction works. When she is not writing or editing, she enjoys gardening, knitting and reading. She shares her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her son, a roommate and a sleek, black, polydactyl cat named Dak.
