Gourmet dogs
hether you’re a Colorado native, transplant, or tourist, there’s no doubt you’ve heard of. You know the humble backstory of Biker Jim and his hot dog cart on 16th Street Mall, the blossoming of his venture into a brick-and-mortar location on Larimer Street, and if you’re lucky, you’ve tasted one of his gourmet dogs—from ostrich to rattlesnake to wild boar—loaded up with all the fixings.
